We are looking for an Assistant Operations Controller to join our Controlling Team in Vilnius.

Responsibilities

Control inventory Master data Perform Inventory valuation periodically and on request Manage inventory scrapping process from financial perspective Manage and control Burden rates Calculate and control Inventory Obsolescence provision Monitor and control WIP calculation Monitor orders settlement process Participate in period end closing process, prepare data and analysis on accounting related cases, perform validation Perform P&L / BS analysis Prepare timely project reporting package Prepare financial projections (Budget, Forecast) Support Plant Managers, Controllers and Business, maintain value-adding relationships with them Identify opportunities for process improvement regarding quality and control Participate in projects and new tools development Other Operations Controlling activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar business degree 1-3 years of relevant experience Customer service mindset, problem solving skills Strong analytical mindset Fast learner Flexibility High level of responsibility, detail-orientation Advanced written and oral English Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization SAP and other accounting software and databases experience would be an advantage
