As part of its ongoing development, the company is currently establishing a Shared Services Center in Lithuania and is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join the growing team.

What will you be doing?

Managing payroll data and processing payroll transactions, including working hours, absences, bonuses, and deductions. Ensuring accurate payroll calculations, salary payments, and payslip generation. Administering time, attendance, leave, and statutory payroll processes. Preparing payroll reports, accounting entries, and supporting compliance and audit requirements. Responding to payroll-related queries and collaborating with HR, Finance, external providers, and authorities. Contributing to payroll process improvements, system enhancements, and ongoing projects.

What are we looking for?

Experience in payroll administration within a finance, HR, or shared services environment. Good understanding of payroll processes, payroll legislation, statutory reporting, and payroll controls. Experience working with payroll systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills. High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Good English language skills. Russian language skills would be considered an advantage.
