CX Specialist
Job description
Support the Consumer Experience team in delivering and improving consumer acquisition, retention and engagement programs through operational execution, data analysis and coordination of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the consumer gift catalogue, ensuring stock availability, relevant selection, and smooth consumer experience. Coordinate external suppliers, support gifting campaigns and operations. Monitor catalogue and campaign performance, consumer feedback, and drive improvements. Prepare data and analyses for acquisition, retention and consumer engagement initiatives. Prepare regular reports to support performance and budget monitoring. Monitor potentially fraudulent activities and support prevention efforts. Coordinate smaller CX test-to-learn initiatives including planning, execution and result analysis. Support CX team in larger projects and programs delivery and preparation of consumer-facing communications, ensuring required reviews and approvals. Support day-to-day operations of CX programs. Coordinate investigation and resolution of consumer complaints related to CX initiatives. Analyze processes for opportunities to simplify, optimize or automate. Prepare regular reports to support performance and budget monitoring.

Nice to Have
Are an early-career professional with 1-3 years of experience in customer experience, marketing, commercial, data analysis, project coordination or related field. Having an analytical mindset, are comfortable working with data, reporting and simple insights. Are well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Take ownership of tasks and actively seek opportunities to improve ways of working. Possess good MS office skills.
Requirements
Communicate clearly and effectively in Lithuanian and English. Have strong attention to detail and can reliably manage recurring operational tasks. Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks. Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines. Interest in digital technologies, websites, and AI tools. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
