As part of its ongoing development, the company is currently establishing a Shared Services Center in Lithuania and is looking for Accounts Receivable Administrators to join the growing team.

What will you be doing?

Own and coordinate the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process. Support accurate invoicing, payment allocation, and account reconciliation activities. Maintain customer records and assist with credit checks and credit limit management. Resolve customer billing and payment queries with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and seamless operations.

What are we looking for?

Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Finance Administration, or a similar finance-related role. Good understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and financial operations. Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and reconciliation skills. Good communication skills with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach. English language proficiency. Russian language skills would be considered an advantage.
