Intern in Advisory Sales

Are you interested in business development, sales, and consulting? Join KPMG's Technology Advisory team and gain hands-on experience supporting business growth initiatives while learning how professional services are sold in a leading consulting firm.

What will you do?

Research potential clients, industries, and market trends in Lithuania. Prepare company profiles, presentations, proposals, and other sales materials. Support CRM maintenance and opportunity tracking. Assist with client communications and follow-up activities. Participate in client meetings and industry events, taking notes and preparing summaries. Learn about KPMG's Technology Advisory services, including Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, Risk, and Technology solutions.

What are we looking for:

A 3rd-4th year Bachelor's student or a Master's student in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, IT, or a related field. Expressed interest in business development, consulting, technology, and professional services. A strong communicator who can structure information clearly and professionally. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn. Responsible and detail-oriented. Fluent in Lithuanian and able to work effectively in English. Confident using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have: Customer-facing experience gained through work, volunteering, student organizations, events, retail, or customer service. Familiarity with LinkedIn research and market analysis. Basic understanding of sales processes or CRM tools.
