Job description

Provide technical support to Hotelston customers as well as colleagues in the company Provide technical support by email Utilize helpdesk and issue management systems to track tasks Identify trends in support requests and recommend systemic and proactive solutions to mitigate issues Monitor and maintain health of Hotelston services Assist in Hotelston IT projects

Requirements

Good spoken and written English (mandatory) Analytical mindset Basic programming skills Basic knowledge of SQL Good organizational and time management skills Problem solver attitude
