ACCOUNTANT AP

Responsibilities:

Process and maintain accounts payable transactions, including third‑party invoices, payments, collections, and reconciliations. Support general accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including account reconciliations and standard reporting. Review supplier statements, monitor purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare, issue, and reconcile intercompany invoices and balances. Monitor and resolve financial discrepancies, including intercompany transactions and account variances. Maintain and update financial data within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa or equivalent) and ensure proper documentation of transactions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including finance teams, business units, and auditors. Support and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risk. Assist in internal and external audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, and explanations. Create, update, and maintain process documentation and accounting procedures. Contribute to process improvements, standardization initiatives, and system enhancements, including automation opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of related experience. Experience in a multi-company or multinational environment. Exposure to global shared serviced or corporate finance operations. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
