(Junior/Mid) Financial Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Financial Analyst plays a key role in optimizing the company's financial performance. Responsibilities include developing monthly direct and in-direct operating costs as well as overhead analysis, reviewing and analyzing KPIs, identifying cost variances across departments, preparing financial reports, creating dashboards, visualizations, and handling special projects and ad-hoc requests.

THE FINANCIAL ANALYST WILL:

• Make sure that all Company’s costs are allocated in a correct and timely manner, prepare cost analysis, make accruals if needed;
• Assist in month-end closure process, prepare regular financial reports, including analysis reports for management review;
• Calculate, review, and analyze Company’s financial KPIs;
• Conduct in-depth cost analysis across different departments, projects, or activities to identify variances and underlying causes: focus on maintenance as well crew training costs;
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation in cost confirmation and analysis processes, support cost controllers with guidance for proper costs allocation;
• Create and maintain analysis, dashboards, and visualizations;
• Perform special projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned.

YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

• 1+ year of experience for junior, 2+ year of experience for mid. in financial cost control, analysis, planning, or related roles;
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field;
• Have strong knowledge of MS Excel with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis;
• Understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent English language knowledge, both written and spoken.
