Marketing Operations Specialist
About the company
Turn your interest in gaming into hands-on marketing experience - and build the skills to take on bigger challenges at Eneba.
We're the Marketing Team, bringing together data, creativity and entertainment to help Eneba grow. From content and SEO to campaigns and new projects, we work together to build a brand gamers trust. We're also an AI-driven company: experimenting with new tools, asking questions and finding better ways to work are part of everyday life here.
Your tasks
In this role, you'll help keep content accurate, up to date and ready for gamers across Eneba and our other projects. You'll learn our content management tools, collaborate with different teams and get to know the operations behind a growing gaming marketplace.
This role can be a starting point for bigger things. We've seen teammates grow from this position into more complex projects and broader responsibilities. Building that foundation means getting comfortable with the everyday work, asking good questions and looking for ways to improve it.
- Bring content to life: Upload, edit and maintain product pages, FAQs, landing pages and other website content using Eneba's custom content management system.
- Get involved across projects: Support content operations for our price comparison platform, Refilled and partner landing pages, adapting to different tasks and project needs.
- Keep content accurate and relevant: Handle updates, fixes and localisation requests, working with SEO, Campaigns, Supply and other teams to check quality and resolve issues.
- Keep daily operations moving: Organise your workload, manage recurring tasks and respond to changing priorities while keeping a close eye on the details.
- Find better ways to work: Spot opportunities to simplify repetitive processes, experiment with AI tools and take greater ownership of specific operations as your skills develop.
Requirements
You're early in your career, curious about gaming and ready to get involved. You want to understand how things work, build practical skills and see your contribution go live.
- An interest in gaming and a drive to learn. You're looking to build your career in content, marketing or e-commerce. Some experience with a CMS, content editing or website management is a plus.
- A careful, consistent approach. You notice errors and care about getting things right. You're comfortable with repetitive tasks and can maintain accuracy across a high volume of content updates.
- Flexibility and organisation. You can adjust when projects or priorities shift, keep track of your tasks and ask for clarity when you need it.
- Strong curiosity about AI. You're eager to explore tools, test ideas and learn how AI can improve your everyday work, while checking the quality of the results. You don't need to be an expert, but you do need a willingness to experiment.
- Readiness to work onsite. You're comfortable working from the office and collaborating with the team in person.
