Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

The role:

As a Sourcing Specialist, you'll help connect great people with great opportunities. You'll learn how to identify talent, build candidate relationships, and support hiring teams in finding the best candidates. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, networking, and engaging with people while developing a strong foundation in recruitment and talent sourcing.

What You Will Do:

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles. Search for and engage talented candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing tools. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Reach out to candidates, conduct initial screening conversations, and assess their qualifications and interests. Track sourcing results and contribute ideas to improve hiring outcomes. Learn about talent market trends and help identify new ways to attract top talent.

What You Will Need:

1-2+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, customer-facing roles, or a related field. Interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, and candidate engagement. Experience using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, or other online research tools. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, or sourcing tools. Knowledge of Boolean search techniques. Interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or social media content creation.

What We Offer:

The annual gross salary range for this position is €22,000.00-€36,000.00 Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
