Project Manager

Your tasks

We are seeking an execution-driven and structured Project Manager to join our EMT site in Lithuania. This role will serve as the core driver for upcoming strategic New Product Development (NPD) initiatives while overseeing critical product sustaining and upgrading projects. Acting as the vital bridge connecting Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, QA/RA, and Commercial teams, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with medical device regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements

Education & Core Competencies Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Biomedical, Technical Management, or a related field. Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with strong cross-cultural communication abilities. Strong structured thinking, organizational skills, and the agility to navigate a fast-paced manufacturing and R&D environment.

Experience Levels (Open to Mid/Senior and High-Potential Candidates): Mid / Senior Level Candidates: 5+ years of cross-functional project management experience, preferably in medical devices, complex electromechanical equipment, or hardware manufacturing. Demonstrated experience managing Stage-Gate / Phase-Gate processes and collaborating closely with Product Management and Operations. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred. Junior / Developing Candidates: 3+ years of working experience in project coordination, engineering, product management, or manufacturing roles, with a clear focus on cross-functional project management. Strong analytical mindset, process discipline, and proven problem-solving ability.
