In this job you will:
Working alongside data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to design and continuously improve data models that make it easier for the business to work with data; Integrate data from various sources (APIs, databases, third-party systems); Develop and implement ETL/ELT processes using modern data processing tools (Cloud Composer/Airflow, Dataflow, etc.), including designing and managing DAGs for workflow orchestration; Build reliable and efficient data pipelines, processing logic, and data transformations; Optimize Big Query queries and manage resources to reduce costs and improve performance; Ensure data quality, availability, and security following best practices.
We expect you to have:
Experience with dbt; Good Python knowledge; Hands-on experience with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools; Experience with, or at least familiarity with, a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar).
Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:
Knowledge how to work with CI/CD systems such as Gitlab; Terraform knowledge is also highly desirable.
