We are looking for a Manual Test Engineer to ensure the quality of our hardware, firmware and other products through manual testing, technical analysis, and well-structured test documentation. You will work closely with the R&D team to validate product functionality, identify quality risks, and help deliver reliable solutions for certification, production. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and initiative professional who enjoys solving problems and continuously improving testing processes.

What You'll Do:

Execute functional, regression, and integration testing according to established test plans, ensuring consistent product quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks. Create, maintain, and execute test scenarios and testing documentation to support efficient, repeatable, and traceable testing processes. Analyse technical requirements, specifications, and standards, translating them into effective testing activities, identifying quality risks, and providing clear findings. Identify, document, and manage defects and test results throughout the testing lifecycle while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Support product preparation for tenders, certification, and production by performing required testing activities and ensuring compliance with development, quality, and security standards. Independently perform manual testing activities, continuously develop expertise in products, technologies, and testing methodologies, and collaborate with the Team Lead to align testing priorities and objectives.

What You'll Bring:

At least 2 years of experience in manual testing. Knowledge of electronics and experience testing hardware and firmware products. Strong understanding of functional, regression, and integration testing methodologies. Experience creating test scenarios and analysing technical documentation. Professional proficiency in English (technical communication) and Lithuanian languages. A collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused approach, with strong organization and initiative skills.

The Extras We'd Love:

Experience with electricity meters. Knowledge of how electrical grids work, power electronics, physics and etc. Knowledge about communication protocols and standards: DLMS, RS485, IEC62056-21, PLC, LTE, WMBUS.
