Automation Test Engineer

We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to help us build and maintain a reliable, efficient testing process across our product. In this role, you'll develop and maintain automated system, and automated tests in Python, while actively contributing to code reviews with an eye toward mentoring junior engineers.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain automated tests in Python to reduce manual regression testing. Write, refactor, and optimise test scenarios and supporting functions in line with internal QA coding standards and rules. Debug failed tests, log bug reports. Maintain the test suite by updating flaky tests, archiving obsolete tests, adjusting execution schedules, and selecting suitable open-source libraries and plugins. Participate actively in code reviews, support junior engineers, and collaborate with the team to ensure product quality and reliability before production releases. Collaborating with the team to maintain high product reliability.

What You'll Bring:

At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing with Python. Ability not only to automate but also to perform manual testing of what we build. Attention to detail, focus on quality and results, strong communication, accountability, and a continuous-improvement mindset. Professional proficiency in Lithuanian and English.

The Extras We'd Love:

Practical background in IT, electronics, telecommunications, or another engineering field. Experience working with SQL/API/HTTP and Git. A Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field).
