B2B Market Research Interviewer – English/French | 80–130 Hours/Month

Job description

Your role: Connect with business leaders around the world and gather their professional insights on behalf of a reputable European public organisation. Interview innovative companies, inventors, researchers, and universities to collect valuable feedback and perspectives. Engage in meaningful professional conversations with experienced professionals across a wide range of industries and sectors. Focus exclusively on market research interviews — there is no telemarketing, telesales, or customer support involved. No customer complaints or troubleshooting: you won’t be dealing with dissatisfied customers or resolving technical or service-related issues. Office-based position: this role does not offer remote or work-from-home options.

Requirements

We’re looking for: Native-level proficiency (C1 or above) in either English or French, both spoken and written. Clear and confident communication, with a pleasant and easy-to-understand voice. Strong business communication skills, both verbal and written, with an understanding of professional tone and etiquette. B2B communication experience is a strong advantage. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a high level of self-discipline and the ability to consistently meet targets. A valid permit to work in Lithuania is required.
