Your tasks
Drive the development and verification of RFSOI and RFSOI-3DIC platforms, new modules, and RF devices while engaging customers and ensuring new process qualification and platform setup.
- Develop RFSOI and RFSOI-3DIC platforms to meet project specifications and performance goals
- Design and develop new modules and RF devices to support product innovation
- Verify and qualify new manufacturing processes to ensure quality and reliability
- Set up new platform DSM (Design Structure Matrix) to support product development
- Engage with customers to verify new products and incorporate feedback for improvements
- Integrate processes and characterize devices to optimize performance and yield
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering (EE or EEE)
- Experience in process integration with working knowledge of RFSOI-3DIC process development considered a plus
- Familiarity with module development and tool usage is advantageous
