Quality Assurance Specialist, Warehouse Operations 007

Job Responsibilities Implement and maintain quality management processes within warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, customer requirements, and applicable quality standards. Monitor warehouse activities to ensure adherence to established quality procedures and work instructions. Review and update quality documentation, procedures, and records in alignment with corporate Quality requirements. Conduct inbound, outbound, and inventory quality inspections. Verify product condition, labelling, packaging, and storage requirements. Identify and report quality issues, non-conformities, and process deviations. Ensure proper segregation and disposition of damaged, expired, or non-conforming products. Support compliance with ISO standards, GDP, GMP, and customer-specific requirements, where applicable. Monitor quality KPIs and operational compliance metrics. Prepare quality reports and present findings to management. Track corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure. Maintain quality records and audit documentation. Conduct quality awareness and SOP training for warehouse personnel. Provide guidance to operational teams on quality requirements and best practices. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve process effectiveness and reduce quality-related issues. Promote a strong culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across warehouse operations. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field. Knowledge or experience with ISO 9001, GDP, GMP, or other regulated environments will be an advantage. Experience in conducting audits, quality inspections, investigations, or corrective actions is preferred. Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with operational teams and stakeholders. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a warehouse environment.
