Process Integration Engineer
Your tasks
We are looking for a Process Integration Engineer to support new customer product introduction into the semiconductor fabrication facility (FAB), optimise manufacturing yield, and ensure process stability. The role involves collaborating with module engineering teams to resolve production issues and develop customised process flows that meet customer requirements.
- New Product Introduction: Support new customer product introduction into the FAB, including pilot production and tape-out activities.
- Yield Improvement: Monitor and improve manufacturing yield, ensuring stability in in-line process parameters, Wafer Acceptance Test (WAT), and Chip Probe (CP) results.
- Process Standardisation: Develop, define, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Production Issue Resolution: Collaborate with module engineers to investigate and resolve issues related to yield, product reliability, and in-line process parameters.
- Process Integration: Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to develop and implement customised process flows based on customer requirements.
- Process Stability: Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain consistent manufacturing performance and product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic foundation in semiconductor devices, wafer fabrication, or chip technology.
- Good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Strong willingness to learn through hands-on engineering experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, precision-driven manufacturing environment.
- Prior exposure to semiconductor foundry environments, wafer fabrication, or relevant academic projects is an advantage.
