Your tasks
Lead semiconductor process improvement projects by monitoring SPC/defect data, establishing process parameters, and evaluating new equipment to ensure line stability and productivity enhancement.
- Monitor and resolve in-line SPC, defect, and equipment abnormalities promptly to maintain process quality
- Lead productivity improvement projects for new semiconductor processes using analytical tools to optimize process conditions and technology
- Establish and validate process parameters for semiconductor equipment to ensure stable production lines
- Evaluate and develop new equipment, materials, and processes to support manufacturing innovation
- Analyze complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions to improve yield and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to manage process improvement and technology transfer projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Apply statistical process control (SPC), 8D reporting, design of experiments (DOE), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and project management office (PMO) methodologies to support process optimization
- Commit to shift work as required to support continuous production operations
Requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor foundry module process
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience with 22/28 nanometer and below advanced technology nodes
- Strong skills in process development, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects related to process improvement or technology transfer
- Familiarity with SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA, and PMO methodologies
