National Security Manager, Operations 007

Manage security governance, awareness programmes, and security initiatives across logistics operations. Ensure compliance with cargo security and customer requirements, including TAPA FSR, KCR, STP-Plus, and Trade FIRST Premium, where applicable. Conduct security risk assessments, investigations, root cause analysis, and loss prevention activities. Manage security incidents, corrective actions, security KPIs, and management reporting. Conduct security audits, inspections, spot checks, and security testing. Oversee CCTV, access control, alarms, VMS/PSIM, and other physical security systems. Manage security vendors, service levels, and performance. Support business continuity and supply chain risk management activities. Work with Operations, IT, HR, Procurement, Fleet, customers, and vendors to strengthen security controls and drive continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in corporate, logistics, supply chain, or physical security. Experience with security audits, risk assessments, investigations, and customer security requirements. Knowledge of TAPA, KCR, STP-Plus, or Trade FIRST Premium is an advantage. Experience in a 3PL, logistics, warehousing, freight, or transportation environment is preferred.
