Daily tasks

• Join a self-organized team working directly with overseas clients daily.
• Become a consultant, understanding the business side of products, defining requirements, and crafting creative solutions.
• Have a real impact on what and how we build, contributing to a quality-focused, trust-based, self-organized team.
• Work with a varied tech stack, including Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Python, Javascript, TypeScript, React, AWS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Jenkins, and Docker, with potential exposure to Java and more.
• Contribute to impactful EdTech, MedTech, or Big Data projects, starting with established ones and exploring diverse new opportunities.

Requirements

We might be a great match for each other if you have the essential skills, experience, and attitude: Professional experience 0.5+ years of experience in software development is a great start! university background a degree in IT/Computer Science or you’re currently a student in one of these fields English command (B2+) you have a very good command of English and feel comfortable using it on a daily basis coding skills you have acquired a decent knowledge of at least one programming language used in web development , enabling you to solve real problems, and you’re eager to get familiar with new technologies problem-solving skills you are in a constant search of " the why" of things, you are able to diagnose a problem, distill important information, connect the dots, and propose some technical solutions focus on quality you hold " clean code" practices at heart and take responsibility for the quality of solutions delivered; you’re happy to go the extra mile when an opportunity to make things a bit better comes your way understanding of algorithms you possess basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures relational databases & SQL knowledge you are familiar with the core concepts of relational databases and have knowledge of SQL of some flavor AI curiosity you keep up with the AI wave and experiment with AI tools in your daily work; you know when to lean on them and when to think things through on your own valid work permit you are legally authorized to work in Poland
