SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Engineering & Planning Department (c-200) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Major duties
- You will be responsible for directing and integrating a portfolio of complex and critical support programs essential to the Engineering and Planning Department's (EPD) mission.
- You will provide long-range strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management for programs directly impacting shipyard maintenance operations and fleet readiness.
- You will be responsible for managing shipyard security, building management, space management, and emergency management for the department.
- You will establish and approve the department’s immediate and long-range goals and objectives and appraising progress in meeting those goals.
- You will anticipate and assure resolution of problems and deviations from established plans and objectives.
- You will exercise both administrative and technical supervision over subordinates

Qualifications
