PIPEFITTING TRAINING LEADER
You will serve as a PIPEFITTER TRAINING LEADER in the Production Resources Department (Code 900) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Major duties
- You will prepare lesson plans and training materials, including visual aids, for the development of learning through classroom and on-the-job situations.
- You will teach basic trade non-nuclear theory and practical work, including but not limited to the principles, concepts, terminology, processes and practices of the trade.
- You will counsel employees on the day-to-day problems involving non-nuclear trade theory and trade practices.
- You will maintain non-nuclear records and prepare reports of progress and performance of each trainee both in work experience onboard non-nuclear ships and in the shop.
- You will ensure all scheduling and coordinating of practical non-nuclear work in the shop is accomplished as closely as possible with the progression of learning the elements of the trade theory.
Qualifications
