You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the MARINE CORPS DISTRICT of 1ST MARINE CORPS.

Major duties

  • You will use knowledge of standardized supply regulations to perform technical support duties related to procurement actions.
  • You will resolve problems by applying regulations, previous actions, and other general guidelines.
  • You will ensure orders, forms, applications, and requests are processed within required timeframes.
  • You will provide guidance to customers and other organizations regarding supply processes.
  • You will create formal correspondence, reports, tables, memoranda, and other related documentation.
  • You will prepare assigned sections of reports and charts to document study purposes, methods, premises, and conclusions.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing supply and procurement support functions; processing and monitoring procurement actions; reconciling supply and fiscal data; researching, analyzing, and resolving supply-related issues; interpreting applicable policies and regulations; and providing technical guidance to customers and support organizations.
