SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Major duties
- You will direct staff in developing and refining complex budget estimates and financial plans to ensure compliance with guidance.
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to align financial strategies with organizational priorities and long-term objectives.
- You will oversee financial and program analyses to evaluate costs, benefits, risks, and alternative methods for managing organizational programs.
- You will resolve complex issues arising from conflicting program and financial data and guide subordinates on challenging tasks.
- You will apply and direct the application of accounting, internal control, and financial reporting principles to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of organizational financial information.
- You will recommend and direct enhancements to financial reporting systems and processes to improve transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: overseeing and performing financial management analyses supporting all phases of budget formulation, justification, execution, and financial operations for organizational programs; analyzing, reconciling, and managing financial data across accounting and financial management systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, audit readiness, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and internal controls.
