You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST in the SPECIAL PROJECTS DIRECTORATE of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Major duties

  • You will assess program effectiveness or the improvement of complex program and management processes and systems encompassing difficult and diverse functions or issues.
  • You will prepare studies, reports, presentations, memoranda, briefing papers, and/or other materials for internal policymaking use and/or for outside publication or distribution.
  • You will schedule and makes arrangements for recurring events covered by previously deployed event plans, such as a regularly scheduled awards ceremony.
  • You will plan and manage varied and complex projects in conjunction with multiple project teams with precedent-setting results for the Special Projects Directorate.
  • You will research and write reports or other working documents on complex program issues providing expert guidance or analysis.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning, coordinating, OR directing large-scale executive conferences OR high-visibility programs for senior military or civilian leadership; managing fiscal operations and certifying financial compliance; OR executing talent management functions.
