ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in the G4 of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.

Major duties

• You will be responsible for establishing, reviewing, and updating all administrative functions with the Environmental Affairs (EA) Division.
• You will assist with the Qualified Recycling Program sales, invoices, and payment tracking.
• You will serve as the Environmental Affairs (EA) Defense Travel System (DTS), reviewing Official and Organization Defense Travel Administrator.
• You will serve as the Environmental Affairs (EA) Waypoints Administrator and will be responsible for tracking the progress of employee training.
• You will pick up mail from the military post office and deliver to the appropriate branch head or the Deputy.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing direct administrative support and personnel support , assisting with managing official correspondence, monitoring operating budgets, procuring supplies and performing inventory request.
