Quality Engineer/Quality Inspector

We are looking for a person to strengthen our growing quality team and develop the quality management of our machine shop

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and operating methods and will actively participate in the continuous improvement of operations. Your role is central to quality control and maintenance as part of a professional work community.

Your workday will consist of performing in-production inspections and measurements, maintaining quality-related documentation, monitoring and reporting, as well as handling deviations and problem-solving together with production. Additionally, you will participate in quality development, improving operating methods, and work closely with production, design, procurement, and other key stakeholders.

• participation in quality development work

What do we hope from you?

• relevant technical education
• knowledge of metal industry manufacturing processes and experience in machine shop quality control

• knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001) and ISO 3834 / EN 1090 standards is an advantage
• we value expertise in welding quality control and knowledge of NDT inspection methods (e.g., VT, MT, UT)

• good skills in documentation and reporting
• a systematic approach to work and good cooperation and communication skills

• fluent Finnish language skills as well as English language proficiency (documentation/customer communication)

Previous experience is an advantage but not essential.
