We expect you to:
Have previous experience in retail and daily operations
Have experience in leading and motivating others
Have an extra eye for planning and structuring
Have strong competence in working with KPIs, reporting, and budget
Have good IT competence, especially Excel
Are result-oriented, business-driven, and service-oriented
Are clear and collaborative in your communication and leadership style
Have basic knowledge of English
With us, you will among other things be responsible for:
The store's overall results and KPIs
Ensuring the store's appearance is in accordance with our Visual Merchandising guidelines
Optimal product assortment regarding novelties, season, and target group
Daily management of the store's staff
Staff planning, recruitment, and employee development
