Testing Engineer
Responsibilities:
•Develop, implement, and optimize test plans and procedures for electronic systems and devices, including end-of-line testing and performance validation. •Design electronic circuits and support test systems for a variety of products, including but not limited to amplifiers, power supplies, signal processing units, and communication modules. •Conduct detailed electronics testing, utilizing oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, and signal generators to assess voltage, current, frequency response, and other key parameters. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of electronic and acoustic components, especially for products requiring precise sound quality. •Perform root cause analysis and failure analysis for electronics and acoustics issues, providing solutions to enhance product reliability. •Conduct acoustic tests for relevant products, measuring parameters such as frequency response, distortion, sound pressure levels, and signal-to-noise ratios, using tools like Audio Precision or SoundCheck. •Prepare comprehensive reports on test results, failure analysis findings, and recommendations for product improvements, focusing on both electronics and acoustics performance. •Research and apply the latest techniques in electronics testing, automation, and data analysis to enhance testing accuracy and efficiency. •Work closely with design and product engineering teams to validate and troubleshoot product designs, particularly for audio-related electronic systems.

Qualifications: Bachelors in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Instrumentation or similar are typically a best fit, but will consider any that can demonstrate understanding. About 5+ years of experience in leading a technical team that involves external and internal communication. A comfortable and confident level of communication in English is necessary. Thai and Chinese are a huge plus. Strong understanding of electronics testing principles, circuit design, and troubleshooting, with hands-on experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, RF, and power supplies Basic understanding of Acoustic and/or Radio Frequency concepts are an asset. Proven experience as an Electronics Engineer, Test Development Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on electronics testing and tester development Proficiency in data analysis and test automation, using tools like Python, TestStand, or LabVIEW for product testing Ability to work collaboratively across design, hardware, and testing teams to drive product quality. (Option) Familiarity with acoustic measurement tools (e.g., Smart, Klippel, SoundCheck, Audio Precision) and a foundational understanding of audio/acoustic principles such as frequency response and signal-to-noise ratio.
