Area Kitchen Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. 2+ years experience as Kitchen Manager or Head Chef (multi-unit preferred)
• Deep expertise in Sushi, Ramen, Hot Kitchen & Cold Kitchen
• Strong leadership, communication & team management skills
• Proven track record in quality control, kitchen audits & training staff
• Strong understanding of Food Cost, Inventory & HACCP/Food Safety
• Mobile across Canggu, Munggu, Ubud & Berawa
