Warehouse/Logistics Executive

Job Description:
- Coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packaging, and dispatch workflows to meet daily dispatch deadlines and service level agreements.
- Lead regular cycle counts, reconcile physical stock with system records, and investigate discrepancies.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, 3PL partners, and local couriers for daily pickups, customs documentations, and schedule adherence.
- Identify bottlenecks in warehouse layout or handling flows to improve turnaround time and reduce shrinkage.
- Perform inventory reconciliation on stock discrepancy.
- Maintain proper housekeeping of warehouse.
Our requirements
- Minimum 2 year(s) of relevant experience in warehousing/logistics is required.
- Forklift license will be an added advantage.
- Excellent computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Words. Excel and Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse function and logistics management system.
- Strong problem-solving skills under tight dispatch windows and clear, proactive communication across shifts.
- Be able to work independently as well as a team member.
