Senior Developer Consultant (iPaaS & Automation) Rate: Up to £495 per day Duration: 3-6 Months Location: London (Remote with occasional onsite visits) Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance Essential Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer Consultant to join a fast-paced transformation programme, delivering enterprise integration, automation, and identity-enabled solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments. This position is ideal for a hands-on technical expert with experience designing and building distributed solutions using modern iPaaS platforms , Azure services, and automation technologies. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from requirements and wireframing through to deployment and optimisation, supporting rapid delivery cycles within a secure enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Design and implement distributed solutions across iPaaS and on-premises infrastructure environments. Build scalable integrations, automation workflows, and platform services that support enterprise transformation initiatives. Rapidly elaborate requirements and translate business needs into technical wireframes, solution designs, and production-ready code. Develop, test, and deploy solutions through agile and iterative delivery cycles. Create and maintain automation workloads to improve operational efficiency and platform reliability. Develop and deploy code to Azure Automation Accounts and enterprise integration platforms. Support the integration of identity services and directory technologies within wider solution architectures. Collaborate with Architects, DevOps Engineers, Infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes. Contribute to technical standards, best practices, and deployment frameworks. Support troubleshooting, optimisation, and continuous improvement of deployed solutions. Essential Experience Proven experience as a Senior Developer, Technical Consultant, or Integration Developer within enterprise environments. Strong experience designing and implementing distributed systems and integration solutions. Experience working with iPaaS platforms and enterprise integration technologies. Ability to quickly define, prototype, and deliver technical solutions in fast-moving environments. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and agile delivery methodologies. Experience building automation solutions and deployment pipelines. Knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. Preferred Experience Experience with identity synchronisation and directory services. Understanding of: Microsoft Entra ID Active Directory Identity Governance User Provisioning & Synchronisation
Experience delivering solutions within highly regulated or secure environments. Exposure to cloud transformation or enterprise modernisation programmes.
