Bilingual Customer Advisor - Executive Support

What will your role be?

You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and feedback through various channels (multichannel) within a B2B and B2C environment. You will be in charge of processing new conference registrations, modifying or canceling existing ones, and escalating problems, special situations, and technical challenges from customers, guiding our users and offering an empathetic and efficient experience based on our quality (QA) and satisfaction (CSAT) standards.

What we offer:

• Basic Salary: $2.800.000 COP + Transportation allowance ($249.095)
• Performance bonuses of up to 10%
• Contract: Indefinite.

Requirements:

• High school graduate (Bachiller académico titulado)
• Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
• Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in BPO / Call Center in customer service roles
• Proficiency in computer systems, Microsoft Office package and/or customer management software (CRM/Tickets) is a plus.
• Full availability to work on-site in Bogotá.
