Bilingual Guest Support Specialist Agent - 40 hours

Your tasks

• What is the role about?
• You will be the primary ambassador for one of the most important independent beverage retailers in the United States. In this role, you will manage the complete customer experience through a multichannel approach (phone and email), providing world-class service and helping customers create memorable moments.
• Your Main Responsibilities: Attend to and resolve customer inquiries promptly, providing personalized follow-up on cases that require additional management. Help customers select the ideal products and ingredients for events and celebrations. Interact via calls and email while maintaining high service standards. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate online order processing and customer support. What do we offer? Base salary: $2.285.714 Bonuses: Transportation allowance (249,000) + performance bonuses up to 15%. 100% paid training from day one. Unique environment: Our building is Dog Friendly! Modality: On-site in Chicó Norte, Bogotá. Schedule: 40 hours per week, time slot between 8 am - 11 pm
• What profile are we looking for? English Level: B2+ or higher (conversational and written fluency indispensable). Education: Completed high school. Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service within Call Center / Contact Center environments. You have a plus if you have previous on-site experience in high-end retail brands, hotels, restaurants, cruises, or guest services (hospitality).
