WE ARE HIRING: DEPOSIT MOBILIZATION OFFICER I’m currently recruiting a Deposit Mobilization Officer for a reputable financial institution. Requirements:

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in deposit mobilization, liability generation, or investment marketing within the banking or financial services sector.
• Preference for candidates with prior experience in a microfinance bank.
• Experience sourcing deposits through market women associations, traders’ groups, cooperatives, SMEs, and other community-based networks.
• Ability to source and manage individual, HNI, SME, and corporate clients.
• A proven track record of meeting deposit targets and building strong client relationships.
