- To manage operations, P&L, franchisees, renovations, supply chain and market expansion.
- To develop SOPs, pricing and product innovation andtarge t to continually reducing COGS and logistics costs to improve margin and profitability.
- To lead new store openings, production planning, franchise development and liaison with HQ.
- Partner with franchisees to drive business growth, operational excellence and brand consistency.
- Conduct business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and support franchise onboarding, store development and capability building.
- Lead Small Footprint Store development and playbook creation covering layout, equipment, manpower and operating models.
- Develop Hub & Satellite strategies, productivity initiatives, equipment maintenance frameworks and inventory solutions.
- Support new product and concept launches, including production planning.
- Negotiations with contractors and Service Providers.
- Training of outlets Franchisees in operational SOP, Franchising, Expansion of outlets and Renewals of Lease Expiry.
