Your tasks
Job Objective We are looking for a Product Owner with experience in Odoo and ERP projects, responsible for managing requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring the correct implementation of improvements aligned with business needs.
-Manage and prioritize the Odoo backlog with a focus on business value and continuous improvement. -Gather requirements from user areas and convert them into clear and measurable user stories. -Coordinate workshops, validations, and delivery cycles with key users, Systems, and consultants. -Participate in ERP migration projects: process analysis, gap analysis, cutover, and adoption. -Collaborate in the functional configuration of modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchasing, Invoicing, Accounting, HR, and Helpdesk. -Follow up on KPIs, documentation, delivery quality, and regulatory compliance. -Manage communication with stakeholders and support training and post-implementation adoption processes. -Translate the module plan into weekly and daily goals.
Requirements
-Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Systems, Informatics, or Industrial Engineering. -Proven experience with Odoo. -ERP implementation or migration projects. -Data analysis (Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or basic SQL). -Proficiency in agile methodologies and management tools.
