Job Summary Drive revenue growth and lead all commercial, operational, and financial activities for Turkish Airlines in Singapore, aligned with Top Management and regional strategy. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of commercial sales strategies to achieve annual revenue, passenger, and market share targets in Singapore Collaborate with Top Management and Head Office to establish sales strategies, targets, budgets and key commercial initiatives Identify and pursue new business opportunities, trade lanes, markets, customers and strategic partnerships to expand market reach Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, key accounts and strategic customers to enhance business growth Monitor market trends, competitor activities, capacity developments and pricing to optimize yield and revenue Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s presence and market position Ensure consistent branding, communication and commercial messaging in coordination with regional teams Represent the company at major industry and customer events to reinforce market presence Provide regional oversight of operations to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures Oversee financial performance by monitoring revenue, costs, receivables, profitability and budget adherence Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies Prepare business forecasts, budgets and financial projections to support strategic planning Lead, coordinate and support teams by setting clear objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations Coach and develop managers and commercial teams through regular performance reviews and action plans Foster collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to build a high-performance organization Prepare regular regional performance reports and management presentations with analysis, forecasts, risks, and recommendations Participate in regional and global management meetings and ensure timely implementation of strategic initiatives from Top Management and Head Office Excellent written and verbal communicationskills in English and Turkish to effectively liaise with Head Office and senior management
