Job Description

• Performing all duties of the waiter (m/f) position
• Taking care of the organization and overall business operations of the hotel's caffe bar, neatness of tasks, professional approach to guests, timely and high-quality service to guests, and the presentation of the drinks menu and other caffe bar offers
• Resolving guest complaints in a professional manner
• Organizing the work of waiters, assigning duties, monitoring professionalism of work, work discipline, and other tasks
• Ensuring the correctness of assigning and discharging duties, the regularity of issuing and fiscalizing receipts, collection of consumption payments, application of sales prices, timely and accurate depositing of takings, and preparation of settlements
• Responsibility for the proper handling and maintenance of work tools, equipment, and restaurant inventory

• Performing other tasks as ordered by a superior as well as the Hotel Management

Requirements

English language knowledge at B1 level. Possibility of permanent employment.
