Junior Electrical Technician-Engineer
About the Team
Tumo's Information Technology (IT) team is responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the organization's technological infrastructure, supporting both the team's daily activities and the educational process. The team maintains and provides technical support to students, staff, and centers by coordinating Tumo equipment, networks, and all system automations.
Tumo works with students' personal data, thus fully complying with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring that all data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with international privacy and data protection standards.
About the Position
We are looking for a proactive and responsible junior specialist who will support the engineering team in the design, installation, and maintenance of low-voltage systems.
Support the Smart Systems & Automation team in the installation and maintenance of low-voltage systems
Perform site inspections to collect necessary data and ensure that systems meet design requirements
Assist in the detection and resolution of issues (troubleshooting) in the systems
Collaborate with team members to ensure proper and timely implementation of projects
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all project-related work
Provide technical support and participate in equipment configuration
System Operation and Support
Access Control System
Provide access cards and maintain control systems
PABX telephone system
Support the call center team's work
Ensure the uninterrupted operation of the internal and international telephone calling system
Lighting System
Ensure the uninterrupted operation of the lighting system
Configure timers and the lighting system for various events
Irrigation System
Replace and configure irrigation system equipment
Camera System
Perform camera installation and programming
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or another relevant field
Basic knowledge in the fields of low-voltage systems (e.g., security, fire alarm systems, audiovisual systems)
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively in teamwork
Willingness to learn new technologies
Intermediate level of English proficiency
Work experience or internship in a relevant field
Knowledge of basic principles of Electrical Engineering
