Calculate depreciation for fixed assets, maintain depreciation schedules, and update asset records to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.

Assess fixed assets for potential obsolescence, conduct periodic reviews of intangible asset impairments, and calculate asset retirement obligations where applicable.

Analyze fixed asset and materials data, identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to management regarding asset disposal and related accounting matters.

Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, work independently on routine tasks, and seek guidance when facing unfamiliar or complex accounting issues. Proactively communicate progress, potential delays, and issues to relevant colleagues and managers.

Collaborate with colleagues and auditors on fixed asset and materials reconciliations, audit schedules, and related requests, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and accurate delivery of information.

Contribute to a respectful and collaborative working environment by considering colleagues’ input, sharing relevant information, and treating others fairly and equally in line with TUMO’s organizational values.
