Bartender

Bartender Requirements:

• Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role.
• Intermedate to strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and mocktails.
• Ability to prepare and serve beverages consistently according to recipes and quality standards.
• Understanding of beverage presentation, garnish techniques, and guest service etiquette.
• Basic to intermediate flair bartending and mixology skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory control, stock rotation, and bar hygiene procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
3. Recommend beverages and provide product knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
4. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area at all times.
5. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management and ordering requirements.
6. Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, ingredients, and bar equipment.
7. Process guest orders accurately and efficiently.
8. Follow responsible alcohol service practices and comply with local regulations.
9. Assist in developing seasonal cocktails, signature drinks, and beverage promotions when required.
10. Collaborate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
11. Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service-related issues when appropriate
