HR Lead

WE'RE HIRING: HR LEAD

Job Description:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and organizational development initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Manage performance management, career path, succession planning, competency profiling, and HR metrics.
• Lead onboarding, probation, Learning & Development, Training Needs Analysis, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain company culture, talent pipeline, and talent pool across all levels.
• Monitor and improve HR processes, compliance, and employee-related policies.
• Partner with management and cross-functional teams to support organizational planning, manpower needs, and business improvement.
• Lead and oversee the HR Operations function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with experience in HR leadership or strategic HR preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Experience in job analysis, competency profiling, career development, and HR metrics.
• Good understanding of HR policies and employment regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on and business-oriented approach.
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
