EVENT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Oversee the event, maintaining quality standards. Supervise event staff, assigning tasks efficiently. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations. Drive efficiency and optimize workflow to meet customer demand. Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Work experience as Event Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry. Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain good relationship with diverse guests and employees within the restaurant. Strong organizational skills.
