Tasks:

• Functional collaboration in all phases of an S/4HANA pilot project (preparation, design, build, implementation, test, go-live)
• Analysis, co-design, and modeling of commercial and operational business processes of TÜV SÜD Energietechnik Baden-Württemberg GmbH – "end-to-end" (from customer inquiry to invoicing and payment receipt)
• Support in process definition, harmonization, and documentation in close cooperation with specialist departments and external implementation partners
• Translation of functional requirements into implementable process and system solutions within SAP S/4HANA
• Identification of optimization potential, risks, and dependencies in target processes as well as active participation in solution approaches
• Active participation in workshops, reviews, and tests (e.g., integration tests, user acceptance tests) to ensure the functional quality of the end-to-end processes
• Following a successful go-live, a gradual transition into daily operational business and assumption of a role in the commercial area by agreement and preference
• After go-live, continuing as a central contact person for SAP issues within the team as well as participating in the further development of commercial SAP processes

Qualification:

• Completed studies in the field of business administration or comparable, alternatively commercial training with several years of professional experience in a relevant field of responsibility
• Sound commercial professional experience (e.g., in order processing, reporting, and analysis)
• Very good SAP knowledge as well as practical experience in the introduction of ERP systems/processes, e.g., as a user, key user, or project staff member (ideally with SAP S/4HANA)
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong teamwork skills, flexibility, reliability, and communication strength
• Business fluent German skills and very good English skills in speaking and writing
