Qualification

  • Successfully completed university or technical college degree, preferably in the fields of business administration, engineering, or a comparable discipline
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience in a management function with comprehensive revenue and earnings responsibility, ideally in the service industry
  • Proven success in the strategic management and further development of larger organizational units
  • Very good understanding of business administration as well as sound knowledge in budget planning, performance management, and corporate management
  • Very good knowledge of the services and business models within the Division Mobility or comparable industries
  • Several years of experience in leading, motivating, and developing managers and employees
