Tasks

• Identify & Shape Opportunities: Analysis of processes and identification of automation and AI potential (incl. workflows and agent solutions)
• Prioritization & Governance: Evaluation of ideas based on business value, feasibility, and risk in accordance with BPA standards
• Process Consulting & Design: Conducting As-Is/To-Be analyses, workshops, and translating requirements into scalable solutions
• End-to-End Delivery: Interface between business and delivery – managing initiatives from idea to value realization
• Value & Adoption: Ensuring goal achievement, validating the business case, and promoting the acceptance of AI and automation solutions
• Stakeholder & Continuous Improvement: Stakeholder management, ensuring quality & governance, as well as continuous optimization and innovation

Qualifications

• Completed studies in business administration, information technology, computer science, or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in the analysis of business processes, in consulting, and in automation initiatives
• Sound expertise in process optimization, automation concepts, and value-oriented implementation
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in complex environments
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, low-code environments, and governance frameworks for automation is an advantage
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as business fluent English (German desirable)
