What you will achieve with us
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for cutting-edge projects and the point of contact for our customers and employees in projects focusing on IT security and/or IT compliance.
Furthermore, you are responsible for the testing and evaluation of state-of-the-art IT products and systems according to recognized security criteria (e.g., Common Criteria, technical guidelines of the BSI, BSZ, NESAS) and thus ensure the IT security of tomorrow.
You develop future IT security standards and are responsible for the specification of requirements for secure and interoperable IT systems and components (e.g., for the energy transition).
In doing so, you support manufacturers, authorities, and operators in the field of IT security.
You work nationally and internationally with leading market players and advance new subject areas with pilot projects.
What defines you
University degree in a STEM subject (e.g., Sc., M. Sc. or PhD), ideally with a focus on Security Management, IT security, or Computer Science
Successful reference projects and qualifications in project management, e.g., in PRINCE2, IPMA, PMI-ACP, agile methods, PSM, PSPO, PMP, or comparable
Sound knowledge in IT security and associated industry knowledge, ideally coupled with experience in the energy industry or the eHealth sector
Team spirit, communication and moderation skills, analytical working style, and problem-solving abilities
Confident appearance, good written and spoken English skills, as well as willingness to travel
