Job Summary
Perform precise measurement, cutting, and professional installation of architectural window films on residential and commercial glass, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and BCA standards while coordinating with project teams for timely completion.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces professionally and measure precisely to cut and apply architectural window films (V-KOOL, 3M, LLumar, proprietary series) on residential and commercial glass
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards, safety protocols, and BCA regulations
- Conduct site measurements and assess glass conditions to recommend optimal film application techniques
- Identify and efficiently rectify installation defects such as bubbles, creases, or debris contamination
- Maintain installation equipment, tools, and company inventory in clean and functional condition
- Coordinate effectively with site supervisors, project managers, and clients to ensure projects complete on schedule
- Communicate fluently in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking site supervisors, sub-contractors, and to interpret technical documentation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in architectural or automotive window film installation
- Demonstrate strong physical stamina and ability to work safely at heights or on scaffolding
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and a strong craftsmanship orientation
- Holding a Class 3 driving license or Work-at-Height (WAH) certification is advantageous
